1. Before you submit a ticket, please look up to the knowledgebase for your issues. If it is not listed in the knowledgebase, then you move to step 2.

2. To submit a ticket, first click on "Open A New Ticket" button.

3. Then fill in the form with your USM email address, full name and phone number.

4. Then choose your campus.

5. Next, select the portal that you are facing issues.

6. Fill in the tittle of your issues and also the details on your issue in the box below it.

7. Last, Click on "Create Ticket" button.

8. You will then receive an email that your ticket is opened and together with your ticket number.
